  • You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred unit and date. All bookings are requests and are not confirmed until we reach out to you. Once submitted, we’ll contact you shortly to confirm availability and details.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays, as availability can fill up quickly.

  • All rentals include:

    • Setup & takedown

    • Cleaned and sanitized unit

    • Stakes or sandbags for safety

    • Heavy-duty blower (HP blower)

    • Tarp for setup protection

  • Free delivery within Bowling Green

    Outside city limits: $1.25 per mile (one way)

  • if your selected unit is unavailable, we’ll reach out and help you choose another option that fits your event.

  • We aim to set up as early as possible, sometimes starting around 6:30 AM when daylight allows, so your unit is ready well before your event begins.

    Pickup times are typically later in the day or evening, depending on scheduling. We’ll communicate exact timing with you ahead of your rental.

  • • A flat setup area (grass, concrete, or asphalt)

    • Access to a standard electrical outlet within 50–100 feet

    • A setup space free of obstacles or hazards

    Please ensure the setup area is clear of:

    • Sprinkler systems or irrigation lines

    • Sharp objects, sticks, or debris

    • Anything that could damage the unit or create unsafe conditions

  • Yes! For the protection of both our company and our customers, we take photos of each unit before setup and after pickup. This helps ensure everything is clearly documented and avoids any confusion regarding damages.

  • Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe (rain, high winds, storms), we will work with you to reschedule or cancel your booking.

  • Yes all units are fully inspected, cleaned, and secured with stakes or sandbags to ensure safe operation.

  • Yes! Most of our units can safely accommodate both kids and adults. We just ask that safety rules are followed.

  • To keep everything safe and clean, please do not allow:

    • Shoes

    • Food or drinks

    • Sharp objects

    • Silly string (this can damage the material)

  • Customers are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. If a unit is returned excessively dirty (mud, food, etc.), a cleaning fee may apply. Any major damage will result in repair or replacement charges.
